Are all products posted on your website available?


  • The products on display are available
  • Products that are out of stock are labelled accordingly
  • For products with a longer delivery timeline, the shipping information is indicated alongside the product details
  • Product quantities available for sale are updated in real time and automatically displayed for customers to see while making an order
  • The above measures ensure that you do not cancel your order due to out of stock issues

How can I be sure that you will deliver my order ?

  • We use verified and trusted courier services to deliver goods to either your home or office as per your requirements
  • For your own security ,the assigned delivery person is tracked and vetted by the courier service provider
  • During delivery your ordered item is insured from losses and damages
  • For standard orders, we deliver your order within 24 hours in Nairobi and its environs and within 72 hours outside Nairobi
  • For products being shipped from outside the country we try our best to deliver within the shortest time possible
  • In case there are delays caused by situations beyond our control we shall notify you immediately
  • For orders made during weekends and public holidays we make delivery arrangements on the following working day
  • In case you have special delivery requirements, indicate on the 'add a note' tab provided while confirming your order

What if a wrong or damaged item is  delivered ?

In the unlikely event that this happens: We exchange the product within 1-7 working days after we receive your item back. No additional charges are incurred for returning a wrong/damaged item In case of any discrepancy , notify us immediately within three working days after receiving your order .
